Towards this, we have established Aviva Bal Vatika in association with Arpana Trust for providing primary education and tuition to children to underprivileged children from the Urban Slums of Molarbund, Delhi- We are proud of our achievements in this field. Our joint efforts with Hibernian (An Aviva Company) have been successful in turning a garbage dump into a school area, constituting three classrooms with a play area, educating more than 360 children through trained teachers.

- Employee Volunteer Programme

As part of our employee volunteer program, employees of our Chennai branch are responsible for educating 14 children from Hope Foundation. They also organise regular fun-filled activities for the kids.
We are delighted that our employees have been contributing zealously to our corporate responsibility agenda. In the year 2007, we achieved 1000 hours of employee volunteer service. Likewise, in 2008, we had the opportunity to work with nine NGOs across the country and have more than 1900 hours of employee volunteer service.
