After the success of the event, Mr. Vishal Gupta, Director Marketing, Aviva India,
said, “At Aviva, we believe that ‘Education is Insurance’ and
through the ‘Aviva Young Scholar Bookaroo’, we wanted to encourage the
reading habit among young children.”
Mr M. Venkatesh, Co-organizer of Bookaroo and partner, Eureka Bookstore added, “This
is the second year for the children’s literature festival. Aviva Young
Scholar Bookaroo is more than a story-telling session and as the children got a
once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to interact with their favourite authors, and well-loved
children’s characters – like Horrid Henry and Elmer the Elephant. We
also had a special display of children’s books by Eureka, where one could
buy or browse and have their books signed by the authors.”
